As You are aware, our esteemed Dutch Principals DAMEN SHIPREPAIR & CONVERSION recently aquired the perfect shipyard facilities in Curacao, Netherlands Antiles which is now run by Dutch and renamed to DAMEN SHIPREPAIR CURACAO. Remarkable investment is being made and continue making by DAMEN (including but not limited to two newly supplied floating docks) into equipment, management, safety, etc. which will definitely enhance the effectiveness of this shipyard and will lift it up to a much higher level. From now on ORCA MARINE exclusivelly represents aforementioned facilities in Baltic Countries (LT, LV, EE) and Poland. Your inquiries are most welcome!

SMM 2014 exhibition in Hamburg in September 2014 was pretty successful for ORCA MARINE. A big number of productive meetings were held which resulted a few contracts. Beside of new important contacts gained, ORCA MARINE also became an exclusive representative of few well known shipyards, namely, DAVIE in Canada, HARLAND & WOLFF in Northern Ireland, UK, CHANTIER NAVAL DE MARSEILLE in France, SAN GIORGIO DEL PORTO in Italy, shiprepair company SYM in Spain.

Since April 2014 ORCA MARINE is duly licensed port agency in Klaipeda. Our utmost attention, very prompt response and all services including also port agency are available on highest professional level and at very cost effective rates and conditions.

ORCA MARINE became an Agent of marine consulting, research and engineering company ARGO NAVIS.

Starting from beginning of 2014 ORCA MARINE became an agent of very well known marine consulting, research and engineering company ARGO NAVIS. The Conference in respect of hot issues concerning decision making regarding Ballast Water Treatment Systems as well as Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems was mutually organized in the end of February 2014 in Riga, Latvia. Said Conference was very interesting and rather successful. Lots of shipping companies attended and expressed keen interest, thus some 3D scanning and techno-economical studies for BWTS installations were ordered as a result of this Conference.

ORCA MARINE signed representation agreement with ELSSI.

In January 2014 ORCA MARINE signed a representation agreement with ELSSI and thus became an exclusive representative and service station in Lithuania and Latvia for specimen collection for drug and alcohol testing of ships' crew.
